And so, the first cat most lovingly refreshing, fluffy and always waiting for you in our bar, called « Hell »
Its origins are deeply rooted in the history of beautiful Bavaria.
In 1895 , in the city of Munich, in the brewery «Spaten», this beautiful golden color was born, by base fermentation, with a light creamy white foam, a sweet taste, it's a clear representative of the classic Bavarian cat.
Three varieties of hops give to his character an original and unique temperament. His father the great master of his work: Gabriel Zedelmayer
«Hell» is famous for the fact that one of four cats in the Bavarian houses carries this nickname. And in our bar, almost all the visitors get to know him first with caution, because he has a character of 4.8%, and then this familiarity turns to a sincere friendship.

Dunkel
Dunkel
Our next representative is, of course, a Bavarian classic. His name is «Dunkel»
«Dunkel» was born in Bavaria in 1516 , immediately after the introduction of the beer purity law of origin.
«Dunkel» in German means «Dark» and this characterizes it completely deeply saturated with a velvety pedigree shade from dark red to brown . His character is less strict - 4.5%, and more indulgent - chocolate . He loves loud companies , he is not absolutely bothered by loud music , he loves pretty girls and slightly older ladies ! The presence of «Gersten Rostmalz» burnt malt in its body gives it a noble dark chocolate color .

Weizen
Weizen
The third cat, named "Weizen" is a southern Bavarian.
He is the most beloved cat not only in southern Bavaria, but also in the whole of Germany. This is a wheat cat, its composition contains wheat malt of at least 50%.
This is the most adult cat. The date of his birth can be considered 1400, according to historians. At that time, "Weizen" was available only to the upper strata of society. It is considered to be the creation of the Earl of Regensburg.
In the life of the cat "Weizen" there were many different events and the most tragic is that in 1850, he miraculously survived. And he owes his second birth to Georg Schneider.
It was he who recreated and brought to the present day this beautiful man with notes of banana and a taste of cloves, with a unique aftertaste of light wheat sourness and the smell of a bouquet of hops grown on the shores of lake Constance, near the borders of Switzerland and Austria.
"Weizen" of all the Bavarians has the steepest temper – 5.2%, however, he is friendly, sociable, likes men's company and conversations on men's topics, especially if there is a company of pretty ladies in the vicinity. He often acts as a negotiator at such meetings. Our bar is no exception! Pilsner
Pilsner
Our fourth cat has the proud name "Pilsner", but in our bar he has a shortened version of "Pils".
Pilsner was born in 1842 in the Czech city of Pilsen. His ancestor was the Bavarian brewer Josef Groll.
He is the kindest in character, only 4%, the most affectionate and nutritious! He loves picnics, parties and hot weather. He will quench the thirst that has arisen in the summer heat, he will cool the overheated head, he will relax the tired body. He is the Savior for all the suffering and distressed!
Light malt and hops from the city of Žatec, and especially the soft water of Pilsen, as well as the technology of low fermentation, had a sensational effect on the presentation of this miracle!

From the beginning of its creation to the present day, this Bavarian Czech has a lot of fans of light, sometimes sweet, and someone bitter, which gives a noble German hop, an interlocutor.
«Pilsner» he loves to be in the company of creative people and spend long hours discussing the latest events in the world or what song I wrote today.
